Heavy duty borosilicate glass replacement stem for the OG E-Nano. Features our adjustable stainless steel screen and silicone glow-in-the-dark heat guard.
For orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated shipment times start from 2-3 full business day after order confirmation. There may be a delay of 1-2 business days for shipping to rural ZIP and Postal Codes and during peak shipping periods or promotional events.
Domestic Standard Shipping is available for most accessory orders and some E-Nano kits. Domestic Standard Shipping utilizes USPS First Class. Transit times range from 2-7 business days.
Domestic Rush Shipping is available for some accessory orders and required for all E-Nano kits. Domestic Rush Shipping utilizes USPS Priority Mail. Transit times range from 2-5 business days.
International Standard Shipping transit times vary greatly.
Though we would love to see the E-Nano in every country we cannot guarantee every country will allow packages through their custom offices. Non-deliverable International orders will not be refunded until the package has been received by our shipping department. We are not able to ship to Russia currently.
All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all packaging and accessories (except for used stem). Epickai.com reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange. Items may be returned within 35 days from the original delivery date for a full refund (minus shipping fees).
You must have an authorized RMA number for all returns or exchanges. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RMA number. Please email CUSTOMERSERVICE@EPICVAPE.COM with your order number in the subject line to begin the return process.
Buyers are responsible for all costs associated with the return process when requesting a refund or exchange. Warranty requests are non-transferable and USA customers will not be charged for shipping costs. We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase including but not limited to upgraded and international shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. You should expect your refund or exchange to process within one week from the delivery date to us assuming the above conditions are met. That includes credit card and money order refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada. After 35 days there will be no returns or exchanges. We feel that 35 days is ample time to decide whether our products are right for you. EMail us to see if we can make an except.

these stems are great, to put it simply. they are very, very durable – I’ve dropped mine on hard surfaces a few times from my lap, and not a scratch, crack, or blemish to be found. it has a built in lip on the end, so that when you use it on your E nano, it doesn’t slide too far down and sits right in the perfect spot. I prefer these over the all glass honeycomb because its adjustable, and I find the the honeycomb is way too small.
they get a little hot, but every one of these comes with a glow in the dark(handy) silicone grip thats moveable, so heat has never been an issue and I’ve used it for awhile now.its a great item, and it is proprietary so you need these if you have an e nano. don’t hesitate to buy these, I’m here buying a backup cherry e nano because I love my premium walnut so much, if it breaks(very unlikely) I refuse to be without my e nano.
