If you don’t find it does not meet your expectations we will give you your choice of refund or store credit less shipping and handling provided you request an RMA within 30 days of receipt of your package. You can keep the glass stem as a gift from us just for trying us out. All items must be in the original packaging and in new condition. You will be required to pay for return shipping to our warehouse.
