In some cases a quick self-repair is all that is needed to get your E-Nano back in working order. We do require customers to email customerservice@epicvape.com before attempting any self-repairs. This is to ensure both your safety and the longevity of your E-Nano. Once we have your product information we can assist in diagnosing the unit to let you know if a self-repair is an option.
